This is one dealership where I tried very hard to work with the staff to see how we can make my future Toyota Vehicle purchase work out for the best. My initial visit to the dealership back in August of 2024 wasn’t great. I felt that the salesperson who approached me was overly pushy and aggressive in his initial interaction with me. Thankfully, Kim managed to turn things around by setting me up with Jim, who did an amazing job walking me through my options for a Toyota Corolla or Camry. My experience was short lived when I asked John Contreras for a Quote on both the Toyota Corolla and Toyota Camry. He made false promises to me saying that he would arrange for the quote to be sent over to me. Additionally, Jim left a voicemail on my phone stating that either himself or John would get the sales quotes to me. It has been 3 weeks and I have not gotten a quote on neither vehicle. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to be reaching out constantly and nagging a dealership for a sales quote. That request should have long been fulfilled. Jim is a great guy to deal with, but I cannot deal with a Sales manager like John who won’t follow through on his word. Not having his cooperation with making a future sale on a Toyota happen has caused me to decide to no longer give Curry Toyota any consideration for my business. I cannot do business with a dealership who don’t know the basic concept of following through with their customers. Don’t shop at Curry if you value your own morals.

I've accompanied many friends and family members to dealerships to purchase vehicles in the past and I was scared for when the time would come to purchase my own. Everything is so stressful and sometimes the sales representatives add even more stress to the process. However, this is not the case with Toyota Curry. I am extremely thankful with how professional, transparent and amazing the Toyota Curry team was. From start to finish, my car buying experience at Toyota Curry was nothing short of outstanding. The entire team made the process smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. Anthony Fernandez was my sales rep. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me navigate through various options to find the perfect vehicle for my needs. The no-pressure approach made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and I never felt rushed into making a decision. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, and Anthony delivered. What truly stood out was the personalized service I received. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was treated as a valued customer, not just another sale. The financing options were clearly explained, and they worked with me to ensure I got the best deal possible. I worked with Basil for the financing portion of the process and he was amazing. He was very helpful and transparent throughout it. The showroom itself was clean, well-organized, and inviting. I was also impressed by the variety of vehicles available, and the fact that Anthony took the time to walk me through the features and benefits of each one. First of all, I'd like to apologize to the people who served me. They fixed my 2020 RAV4 roofleak. When I got my car, I found that my car could not drive in a straight line, which is very dangerous, so I thought they had made a mistake. When I checked the car again, I realized that they had turned on the lane center keeping system. So the car couldn't go straight. Now that the problem has been dealt with, it's not their fault. I'll apologize to the service staff. Where will I go back to them.

We did research on cars and dealerships with the goal of being in and out with a camry the same day with as little stress as possible. Curry Toyota had exactly what we wanted in stock, and Joe Torre was able to help us accomplish our goal. He kept everything transparent and we were able to have a seamless and stress-free transaction. We also appreciated the relaxed environment. The receptionist was super friendly and even the finance office was hassle-free.

My salesman was Chris and I had an incredible experience. He was helpful, knowledgeable and took me seriously. It was the quickest and most efficient way I’ve ever bought a car. I will definitely be back for my next car. If you go, I highly recommend Chris and Ron!

I found this dealership through Facebook and the other reviews are spot on. If you're nearby, I highly recommend this dealership for their fair pricing and making the paperwork super easy. I worked with Jim Wolynetz over a couple months over phone/email and was in/out in less than 2 hours. The entire staff we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. If I ever need another Toyota, I'll be sure to come here again.

Great buying experience with my new 2024 Toyota venza XLE with sales rep Joe Torre. Not your typical pushy car dealership with pushy sales tactics. Chris McCarron did a fantastic job helping me buy a used Toyota prime. He was able answer all my questions and best of all made himself available anytime via text or phone. He helped make the insurance switch over a breeze and aloud me to spend very little time in the dealership. which was exactly what asked for. Mr. Basil Grant also deserves recognition handling the piper work and all finances. the new car is great and i was very satisfied with the trade in value for my old Tucson. 5 stars!

Drove from Brooklyn to buy our car from Curry Toyota because of their reputation for being a dealership that treats clients with respect. I was not disappointed. Met with Mateo Piragua at the beginning of May and what he discussed with us on the phone is what was on the contract; clear, clean, no drama. We were in and out in 15 minutes. The car I ordered was the Corolla Cross Hybrid XSE and that took a while to be built and delivered. And then just before delivery there was a "quality control" check by Toyota at the factory which stalled deliveries a little longer. But, hey, might as well get it right! Drove back up to Cortlandt to pick up the car and again there were no surprises, no pressure, no games; just courtesy and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend Curry Toyota and Mateo. Shout out to John Contreras, the Sales Manager who was also very gracious! BTW... it has only been a few hours, but I love the Cross Hybrid. It's got zip!

Kim R., Mateo P., and the entire team at Curry Toyota were great when I was shopping for a car for my dad. I knew the model ahead of time, and asked for a quote from Kim (Internet Sales). Mateo took over when I landed at the dealership. The wait time for the vehicle was 6+ weeks (arriving from Japan). Mateo took the time to show my parents how to use all the tech in the vehicle. We did not go with dealer financing so I can't speak to that, but I can say that we weren't price gouged like at other dealers who were asking for above MSRP (in some cases $5K over MSRP!!). Trust and respect is why dealerships like Curry Toyota have been around for so long. I won't hesitate to recommend them to my friends. Thanks team.

As close to a five-star service one can make a buyer happy. Responsive, upfront information; we got the Sienna and they made the process as smooth as possible. Jim, the sales person, was efficient; however, Ron, the account manager, made us feel right at home. There could be more improvements, like worrying a bit more about families, but overall, I will give them 4 and a half stars.
