The new manager, John Carbone is one of the best in the business. I have worked for him in the past and not only is he a great manager, but also a good honest man all around. 🙂
I used my financial institution to get a price on a 2018 Yaris iA, and it was honored by the dealership. A significant factor was the Toyota Care which came with the car. Bruce, our sales rep. took the time to learn about our Yaris and it was ready to be picked up in the time we set. Very professional showroom and waiting area in the service department.
The dealership service provided by Bruce Ascher was outstanding. His patience, caring, knowledge and respect made the leasing process a joy. Our thanks to Bruce and his manager John Contreras.
Working with John and the Curry team was a great experience. We wanted a car that was hard to find and they came through and found us the exact Sienna we wanted. This was my first time personally leasing a car and they answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything.
Easy to deal with. Accommodating and professional. My leased car had some nicks on the back hatch. Response from Toyota was swift and very satisfactory. Exceptional service and attention to client.
Rick Cook was phenomenal. When worried about our car, he immediately said, can we go take it for a ride and jumped in with us right away. He is the definition of quality customer service. I wish I had him in my hometown!
So let's get down to the bottom line. If the island of lost misfits were shaped and filled inside the guise of a car dealership Curry Toyota (and the talent pool - kiddie sized of course and with all of the precautionary components in place) would lead that theory fully. The year, 2015. The need, a vehicle to meet my vehicular needs. The why. Four wheels are better than none BUT not as good as two. The journey...Let's Quentin Tarantino this quickly. I'm in the service department with my recently financed lease with over 84,000 miles hanging with Rick Nozall, Remo D'Ninja, and Kris Kampf and learning that the radio in the car is out dated and doesn't have the "HD" feature so NO MUSIC FOR YOU! But I digress. From the start, expectations set fall slightly short of being a full promotor/possible detractor. Why? Because at 45,000 miles into lease with over a year left in terms I knew I would be over miles. That's not the sting. The sting is that I found out after the fact that there WAS. A lease not made visible to me that would have covered me for terms. I did, however, bought into every possible warranty and extension which keeps the car I leased (2015 Toyota RAV4) sound and in excellent shape. So the take away from my overall experience is that I have become a part of the freaks and proudly promote the dealership as a top contender for mediocrity, ultra friendly knowledgeable service team (the dealership's one and only saving grace), and the NEW GUY! A transitional gentleman married and beginning his new career path to promote his passion for cars since his start 4 months ago. Welcome to the Curry Toyota family where community events happen but are now not promoted very well (Social media person), where an ultra comfy waiting room awaits you with your local 12 highlight news delivered by an on-air talent resembling the alien cast of Mars Attacks. Yay! What's next?
Went into this dealership and met with Jim and John. Both could not have been more helpful and patient. Was looking to get out of a Chevrolet Traverse that had given me nothing but problems since I bought it. By the end of the meeting I not only had found a beautiful Sienna, but they went out of there way to make sure my payments were EXACTLY what I had asked them to be. NO HASSLE and John called this morning to Thank me and I haven't even picked up the car. This is the place to go and I look forward to many years of car shopping with the gang at Curry Toyota..... you had me at Hello!!! Thanks again Jim and John.
